 Tiffany was selected to star in the stage musical ‘Fame’. From November 25th onwards, audience will be able see Tiffany at Woori Financial Art Hall in Seoul Olympic Park as she was casted to play in a musical ‘Fame’. Tiffany will be playing the role of ‘Carmen Diaz’, who dreams to be a famous star in the shortest time possible.
‘Fame’ is a broadway musical based on the 1980 movie of the same title by director Alan Parker. The story reflects the dream and love of the students, who passed the strict auditions conducted by the PA Performing Arts School, which has the best reputation in the field of arts. Besides Tiffany, this upcoming musical will be graced by a star studded line-up, consisting of Son HoYoung, Super Junior’s EunHyuk, CSJH’s Lina, Trax’s Jung Mo and other idol stars.  According to Japanese media, Nikkan Sports on August 4th, Yuri, Tiffany and Sooyoung will be the MCs for ‘Kpop All Star Live in Niigata’, the largest Kpop festival in Japan which will be taking place on August 20th.
Organized by MBC in support of the reconstruction efforts in Japan after the catastrophic earthquake back in March this year, the charity concert will be graced by popular Kpop stars such as SNSD, Kara, 2pm, 2am, CN Blue, Beast, 4minute, Infinite, Teen Top, Sistar, Secret, Norazo, etc. Being the largest Kpop event ever in Japan’s history, ‘Kpop All Star Live in Niigata’ is expected to attract a huge audience of 46,000.  Following the release of the photos from the First Japan Arena Tour Concert Pamphlet, Tiffany from Girls’ Generation has been garnering a lot of attention. Fans have been surprised by the dramatic change in Tiffany’s photos, and were mostly caught off guard by her noticeably slimmer cheeks.
In this photo pamphlet, Girls’ Generation is seen to be portraying a different image as compared to their past images. In the photos which were shown in a photo bulletin board on an online community, Girls’ Generation’s previously cute and adorable image was gone, and a mature and sophisticated look replaced it. Tiffany, in particular, had received the most attention. Fans have noticed that her usual trademark “eye smile” had been replaced with wide eyes and a defined, oval face. The new change in her photos has presented her in a more mature light, and while she donned colorful accessories and clothes, she expressed a stylish, sophisticated and feminine look.
