Girls’ Generation’s Yuri and Sooyoung appeared on the SBS Chuseok Special episode of “Dalgona” with their respective childhood friends, where they revealed stories from their past.
On the set, Yuri’s friends revealed, “Since she was little, Yuri was a mirror princess. Her house was full of mirrors, starting from the entrance of her house, all the way to her room. Whenever she would walk by a mirror in the living room, she would practice making pretty faces.”
They surprised everyone by adding, “Once, when we met up for the first time in a while to watch a movie and go out to eat, she left early because she didn’t like what she wore out that day.”
Yuri stated, “Some elementary school students wear the same clothes for days in a row, but I remember changing every single day,” acknowledging her unique ways.
Also, Sooyoung’s first love gained attention on “Dalgona” due to looking like Big Bang’s T.O.P. During the recording, he revealed “first love memories” he had with Sooyoung.
However, their memories were different from the usual first love stories, as Sooyoung dimly remembered him. He stated that he only remembered being rejected by Sooyoung.
Sooyoung’s first love revealed, “When we were in elementary school, we had good feelings for one another, and I heard Sooyoung liked me so I confessed. However, Sooyoung rejected my confession by saying ‘I have to become a singer’.”
Yuri and Sooyoung’s cute childhood stories can be seen on September 12th at 11 am.

All of you worried a lot, didn’t you? hehe.. Yesterday and the day before was hectic.. Sooyoung is doing better than expected~ Of course she is feeling a little pain, but she’s okay because she’s taking painkillers.
Since so many people have been enduring the pain with her and have been so worried for her, I realized just how much love my daughter has been receiving. And so I’m starting my day with a full heart.
Sooyoung is still the one reassuring family, members and friends with a bright face, so you don’t have to worry~ There are many others who are really hurt… She’s sorry about being in her room so she said she’s not in pain and that she’s okay..
Like what Sooyoung said, about always being there no matter what.. I will keep my word ~
So.. Please watch over her with a light heart, as well as the other members.. Please cheer them on ~ They tend to become awkward when one person isn’t there…
Thank you..
Mom
