Sunny‘s new hair has been catching the eyes of Sones lately but what’s all this talk about it? It’s a wig!
On October 21st, SNSD made a comeback on KBS 2TV‘s ‘Music Bank‘ with their latest song, “The Boys“. On the same day, they also performed “Mr. Taxi” for their special comeback stage.
Long before their comeback performance, however, Sunny’s blonde ‘do was one of the hottest topics in K-Pop, with fans and netizens alike praising the star for her dramatic look.
In an interview prior to SNSD’s album release, Sunny stated, “The bob is really a wig. After receiving positive feedback from fans when the teaser was released, I felt good… Although I proposed that I would style myself, I haven’t decided if I’m going to wear the wig on stage yet.” It was later revealed that both Sunny and SM Entertainment decided to stick with the wig, as fans seems interested in this new look.

T-ara‘s Hyomin is cheering on SNSD‘s Sunny, who was recently cast in ‘Invincible Youth 2‘.
Hyomin tweeted, “A few days ago, I heard that filming for ‘Invincible Youth 2′ began, and I started to remember every memory I made [in the show]. I really miss SunByung. Soon Kyu, I know it’ll be hard without me, but don’t worry too much about editing and enjoy it. As the representative from the 1st season, you’ll lead well! I’ll be watching! [I'm] Behind you!”
She also posted photos of the popular “SunByung” couple from the first season of ‘Invincible Youth’. Sunny and Hyomin (or “SunByung”) received the nickname after netizens combined Sunny’s name with the Korean word “byung-poong“, which means ‘folding screen’.
The running joke is that Hyomin was always in Sunny’s background. Still, the girls became close friends, and it’s said that Hyomin cried a lot when Sunny and Yuri left the show.
Fans commented, “Of course the only person who thinks of Sunny is Hyomin,” “I liked ‘Invincible Youth’ season 1 so I’m looking forward to the 2nd season,” and “Hyomin, come back!!!”

Sunny and Hyoyeon and Kara’s Kang JiYoung will be joining the cast of KBS 2TV’s ‘Invincible Youth 2′.
On October 18th, according to various broadcasting officials, the line-up of ‘Invincible Youth 2′ is being finalized recently and the inclusion of Sunny and Hyoyeon, as well as Kara’s Kang JiYoung in the season 2 of the program seems to be quite certain.
A broadcasting official said, “The first recording will be taking place on October 26th. In order to have a dramatic opening to the season, the line-up of the members are kept secret but in fact, there were already rumors about the main members of the show.”
Previously, G7 members-only audition was held and although there were many members of girl groups trying to be a part of G7, only two of them were given the honor to join the cast. The remaining five members were selected based on their popularity and high level of recognition.
At the moment when the production of ‘Invincible Youth 2′ was confirmed, Kim HoSang CP then stated, “Although the concept will not be very different from Season 1, the variety show for the new season will take place in a new village. Super Junior’s Leeteuk revealed Boom’s love and affection for Sunny on ‘Strong Heart’.
After hearing the story about Boom’s deep attachment towards Sunny told on the episode of ‘Strong Heart’, aired on September 6th, Leeteuk revealed more stories that he witnessed personally.
